IT'S ALWAYS A GOOD IDEA (Unless the person is allergic to garlic): TO DRINK 2-3 HOT CUPS OF GARLIC INFUSION DAILY.
Fill a cup with boiling water, add 2 teaspoons of crushed garlic, leave it standing for a couple of minutes, and sip. This recently cured a lung infection of mine, so I didn't go to a doctor: at first when I thought of going to a doctor, I realised: it's the Christmas/New Year holidays, the surgery/clinic would be shut, so I tried the garlic infusion instead, knowing garlic is a wonderful antibiotic. I'm going to keep on with the garlic infusion idea, for some more days or weeks.
This is a good counteraction about any biovirus, influenza, bacterial infections, colds, etc. However, it needs more testing, so I cannot gaurantee results. It seems to build up the immune system. And the day following taking this for the first time, my legs often feel stronger.
